# Brian Davis, CFO

Brian Davis brings more than 35 years of executive financial leadership across insurance, membership-based organizations, and complex regulated industries. A seasoned CPA and CGMA, Brian has served as CFO, Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Treasurer for multi-entity organizations with revenues exceeding $1.5 billion and memberships topping 400,000.

Most recently, Brian served as Senior Vice President, CFO, and Chief Administrative Officer for AAA Hoosier Motor Club, where he led finance, HR, IT, facilities, and risk management functions. During his tenure, he reduced the monthly close cycle by 30%, strengthened board-level financial reporting, achieved top-tier cybersecurity audit results, and negotiated strategic real estate transactions that generated capital and reduced overhead.

Previously, Brian was CFO and Vice President of Financial Reporting at Golden Rule Insurance Company, a UnitedHealth Group subsidiary with over $1.5B in annual revenue. There, he directed GAAP and statutory reporting, enhanced internal controls, and led accounting due diligence for M&A initiatives—helping executive leadership navigate growth and regulatory complexity with confidence.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He has also served for more than two decades on the Lay Board of Advisors for the Sisters of St. Benedict.
